१. हामी कुन जानकारी संकलन गर्छौं? (What Data We Collect)

MIYAD is designed to be minimal and privacy-first. We only store information necessary to provide renewal alerts:

• Account Information: Your registered email address and secure encrypted password hash (managed via Supabase Auth).
• Renewal Records: Document types (e.g. Bluebook, Driving License), custom titles/vehicle numbers, expiry dates, and renewal history notes you enter.
• Notification Preferences: Your selected email address for receiving automated 30, 15, 5, and 1-day reminders.

२. डेटा सुरक्षा र अलगाव (Database Security & Row-Level Isolation)

Every record in MIYAD is protected with strict PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. This guarantees:

• No user can ever view, search, query, or edit documents belonging to another user.
• All transmission of data between your browser and our servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS.

३. स्वचालित इमेल अलर्ट (Email Reminder Policy)

Automated emails are sent strictly for reminder milestones (30 days, 15 days, 5 days, and 1 day before document expiration). We never send spam, marketing campaigns, or third-party promotional messages.

४. डेटा मेटाउने अधिकार (Your Right to Delete Data)

You have full control over your information. Deleting any item from your register immediately removes it and its renewal history from our database permanently.
